General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Days of bleeding do not matter, For pregnancy ovulation in menstrual cycle is a must. She needs to get investigated (USG scan, thyroid function test, CBC) to confirm normality / problem in ovulation. This will help in getting specific advise. Please consult her gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
