Is It Normal To Get Vomiting And Tiredness While Having Migraines?

my 8 yr old had a migrane bout one and a half week ago ... took her to the ER for IV fluids because she was vomiting, they gave her IV and Zofran with Toradol ... she is very small and light, her weight is only about 45 lbs. Today, she can't wake up ... has no energy, her eyes feel tired as she says and has been sleeping all morning. She gets to bed usually at around 9pm. Yesterday, she went to bed around 8:30pm, but claims she had a hard time sleeping .. was woken up early morning from nightmares. SHe is not on any medications except for regular vitamins for kids. Should I have her scanned for any problems?

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

Vomiting and tiredness are commonly seen in acute and severe attack of migraine.
Since your daughter is 8 years old this requires examination by a pediatrician for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
