Is It Normal To Have Anal Numbness And Pressure In The Anus During Menstruation?

the first day of menstruation, i always experience anal numbness which make me feel that i am hurry to stool (but nothing or not much to come out), feel like something is pushing out from my body, the extreme pressure make me very uncomfortable, normally this anal sensation last for a couple of hours, can i ask if this is normal? I started to have this issue after the lap surgery (treating endo) 16months ago, is this related?
