Is It Normal To Have Bleeding And Clotting After Having Had A D And C?

I experienced a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. I had a D&C this past Wednesday and then ended up back three days later with severe bleeding and clotting. After a repeat D&C there was no obvious reason for the bleeding other than the clotting seemed to have a bit more contents than just blood but they couldn't confirm one way or the other. I am scared of complications going forward or that I will end up with the same issue. I haven't been able to start to heal emotionally because my body doesn't want to heal physically. I'm not sure where to go from here or what to expect.

You should not worry regarding this bleeding. This is sometimes seen in some females. You should take iron and folic acid tablets and give yourself some more time to heal.
This may take one or two weeks to stop. If you find it occuring even after this time then get an ultrasound done and consult your doctor.
