Is It Normal To Have Burning And Tingling On Hands After Choking?

I choked on rice earlier today. I think I laughed while eating it. It was about 5 hours ago and i still feel like i can t quite catch my breath. I coughed for about 3 mins very hard to where i saw complete blackness and wet myself and had burning and tingling all over especially in my hands. After i shook for about 15 minutes and thought it was over. Is this normal after effects? Thanks for your help.

yes, it is normal to feel this way for a few hours after choking because all of your blood rushes to your choke point to help your muscles relax and for the choker to go down normally.
however, if this persists, you need to go visit your doctor
