Is It Normal To Have Constipation And White Mucus Around Stool On 22 Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and have been having constipation on and off or the past 4 days. I have noticed thick, white mucus type stuff wrapped around my stool. Is this normal? I don't notice anything else abnormal besides soreness every once and while from the ligament pain I feel.
