Is It Normal To Have Discharge For 6 Months Without Actual Periods At 14 Years?

i am almost 14 and i havent gotten my period yet. i get discharge everyday, so i wear a liner. i have been having discharge for about 6 months now. when i get my period for the first time do you think it will leak through the liner? and is this normal to not have my period yet?
