Is It Normal To Have Dizziness And Leg Pain After Laparoscopic Vaginal Hysterectomy?

I had a laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy three days ago. I loss half my blood so needed a blood transfusion. I have been dizzy every day since, but tonight my right lower leg started to hurt. It feels numb and tingly. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
