Is It Normal To Have Little Red Dots Under Foreskin After Having Rough Sex?

ive just recently had sex with a girl using a condom and about a day after i notice afew little red mark/dot looking things under my foreskin when i pull it back. we had very rough sex and it hurt a little. im hell scared it could be a STI or something. please help
