General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The presence of liver enzymes in urine do not indicate normal physiology at all.

There can be ectopic hormone issue producing liver enzymes in kidney or other issues.

The severity of the condition depends upon the extent of internal pathology and supportive data.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
