Is It Normal To Have Only Brown Discharge When Taking Tri-sprintec?

I have been taking Tri-Sprintec for 4 months. I get my period on a Wednesday everytime. It has been normal with brown the first day, then heavy blood the next and I'm clear by Saturday/Sunday. This month I have been only brown, no red. Why? Is not normal? Is there a problem?
