Is It Normal To Have Reddish Color Wipe Post Urination During Pregnancy?

I am 14 weeks pregnant. When I urinate, and wipe the color on the tissue paper is a reddish orange color as if I'm fixing to start my period or the last day of my cycle is what it looks like. One of the older nurses at my doctors office says it's normal. Is this true. Just want a second opinion

Hello,welcome to HCM. There might be a chance of urinary tract infection so you first exclude that by urine routine,microscopic and culture examination as infection can affect the pregnancy. If you have any query then you can contact me. Thanx.
