Is It Normal To Have Soft Pellet Like Stools After Diet Change?

Hi, so ive been having a soft pellet stool marathon about 3-4 weeks now. Before, my stool was one piece regular and soft. Now it comes out in a thousand little pieces and soft. I am a little concerned and do not know why the change. I am also undergoing a change in my diet but do not know if that's the sole case of my bowel change. Can u tell me if this is normal?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is no need to worry as long you are not having sudden constipation or diarrhea. Change in diet can always cause such variations and as long you feel that there is a complete bowel movement, there should be no concern. It is most likely due to diet changes
