Is It Normal To Have Soreness And Redness On Breast During Periods Cycle?
hello i just started my menstrual period today, and when i woke up this morning my breasts were sore and tender and one of my breasts have a redness on it, i noticed yesterday it they were kind of itchy, iwas this due to my menstrual coming on? and is the redness normal because i am on my menstrual cycle?

The breast soreness is completely normal during the menstrual cycle. So, there is nothing to be worried. You can take anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the soreness.
