Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through the history you have posted.
It seems from the history that you are having bumps on the back of the tongue. These are not normal and they require evaluation and treatment. The common causes like stomatitis, oral ulcers needs to be ruled out.

Do consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you for writing to health care magic.
