Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should not worry much about the swelling after facial injury if the relevant investigations are normal). It is common to develop swelling in the facial region especially near the forehead and eyes. This occurs due to anatomical structure of the tissue present at theses regions resulting collection of blood. The swelling and discoloration takes some days to weeks time for getting normal. You can take painkiller Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid and serratiopeptidase. Clinical examination and investigations will help in your medical management.
