Is It Normal To Not Experience All The Pregnancy Related Symptoms?

Im about 7 weeks pregnant and my only symptoms are light headedness (at times), tender swollen breasts and an increased frequency in urination. I do not feel any nausea yet at all and feel a little more tired than usual. Is this normal? First pregnancy obviously- 26 year old female is perfect health really i guess.

Hi dear !
Thanks for your query.
Dont worry because not every women should have nausea and vomiting during early pregnancy.
If the last ultrasound show that your foetus is fine ,be happy.

All the best
