Is It Normal To Notice White Scabs In The Throat After A Tonsillectomy?
So i just had my tonsils removed 8 days ago. The doctor said i would cough up the scabs or they would fall off in pieces. But the scabs appeared to be white all over the area and i couldn’t see any black spots, but i just coughed up a big hard black chunk of what I’m assuming is scab. But I’m not sure since my whole throat is white?

It is quite common after tonsillectomy. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. You can do warm saline gargles for faster recovery.
