Hello,

The gallstone is small in size. Do continue to take the medicine prescribed by your treating doctor. Ursodiol (Actigall) and chenodiol (Chenix) are medicines that contain bile acids that can break gall stones. Apple cider vinegar and apple juice help to get rid of small gallstone. Keep yourself well hydrated & include fiber in your diet.

Dehydration, sedentary lifestyle trigger constipation and thus bloating & abdominal pain. You can take laxative at bedtime to get rid of constipation. Take antacids or PPIs, one stat when needed for relief. However, you are advised to get clinically examined by your GP, you may have to get repeat ultrasonography done.

You will be treated accordingly. MX3 coffee is definitely rich in antioxidants and fiber but how much it will suit you is questionable because of your underlying health condition. MX3 coffee has mangosteen. The xanthones found in mangosteen may slow the process of blood clotting. So, it can be dangerous if you are recommended surgery.

MX3 coffee is also rich in calcium. it may trigger formation of certain types of gallstones. You are advised to take soup & red tea.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
