The last couple of days I have had a thick white discharge, and this morning I was having a dream, and in the dream I was about to use the restrooom and all of a sudden I started to go and it woke me up...is something wrong with me?

Does this happen when you see some sensual dreams? The white discharge is semen which occurs when person is sexually stimulated. This is a normal thing. Dont worry.
