Is It Ok To Have BP Of 138/71 With Pulse Of 57 In A 23 Yr Old?

Hi,

I have a a blood pressure of 138/71, pulse of 57. Is this ok?

I am 23 years old with a height of 178cm.
I have a body fat % of 11.5% and exercise regularly.
I maintain a healthier diet, avoiding saturated and transfat.
I do not smoke. And consume alcohol on an infrequent basis.

yes, your both BP and pulse are normal, continue exercise
normally BP should be less than 140/90
Pulse may be slightly lesser in younger and exercised person
