Is It Ok To Run Long Distances With A Hematoma?
Hi, Is it ok to run long distances with a hematoma? I have a hematoma from a football injury a few weeks back. I ran yesterday 6 miles, and bruises spread down my leg. I feel no pain at all. I am due to run a Half Marathon this weekend is it ok to run it? Thanks.

I donot suggest you to go ahead with running as your hematoma can expand due to micro trauma. As you are already experiencing spreading bruises, you need some rest for a week. Hope this helps.
