Is It Okay To Have Blood In Discharge, Cramps, Back Pain, Braxton Hicks, And Pelvic Pressure During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 28 weeks pregnant but measuring at 30 weeks, for the past few weeks I ve been having frequent cramps, braxton Hicks, period like pains, dull back ache and pelvic pressure. Midwife just waves it off as normal and says only to worry whhen it gets frequent or more intense but I m getting them a few times a day and I m a bit worried. But now also I had a tinge of blood in my discharge this morning when I wiped. Can you offer any advice please...?

Hello,

Yes, mild bleeding or spotting, back pain, pelvic pressure, cramps etc are quite common during pregnancy period.

However, if above symptoms are more intense or regular, then you have to consult with local healthcare provider or obstetrician for overall check up.
