Is It Possible For One Leg To Become Shorter Than The Other When Diagnosed With TB Of The Right Hip Joint?

Hi,I ve Been Diagnosed with Tb treatment for my right hip joint and ARV s (4Months in counting). The only thing that is worrying me is that my leg has gone shorter than the other one, which makes me limp when I walk and get pain after walking a distance ..will I ever walk normal again
