Is It Possible That Short Sighted Cylindrical Power Diagnosed For Years Has Cured By Itself?

Hi, I am 24 Years old, and I have been wearing specs for short sight from my 14th year. I have been wearing specs for my cylindrical power. When I checked my power yesterday, I have been told that there is no cylindrical power anymore. Whether is this acceptable statement?

There is no possibility of cure by itself. It can be of two things. Earlier test done was erroneous or test done now is not correct.How ever acceptance is important.The test can be repeated after sometime.Important thing is the power acceptable to you and acuity of your vision should be acceptable.
