Is It Possible To Always Feel Fine Except For Being Tired After Diagnosis With Sjogrens Syndrom & Systemic Lupus?

Hi. I am a 56 year old woman. 7 years ago I was diagnosed with sjogrens syndrom,and last year I was also diagnosed with systemic lupus. I am so confused as to what this means. everything I read about it sounds like i have been given a death sentence., but I feel fine! except for always beeing tired. can they be wrong?
