Is It Possible To Discharge Sperm Without Sexual Activity/stimulation?
Hello, I'm a twelve year old and recently, what I think is sperm has been leaking out of penis, and I've recently been forced to excuse myself to bathroom almost every ten minutes. I don't masturbate or anything like that, it just randomly comes out during dinner, tv or even just when I'm playing soccer.

What you assume to be sperm is not smen but a mucus secreted by mucosal glands located in urethra which get stimulated even with slightest visual or audial sexual thoughts and secrete excessive mucus .
