Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern.
You should have told the history regarding the mode of delivery of your previous children.
I would not advise you to do skipping exercise because in overweight person like you, skipping may adversely affect your joint, especially knee joint which may lead to damage to knee joint and arthritis later. If you have history of caeserian, then again skipping is not advisable.
You can do other exercises like walking or cycling and burn equal or greater amount of calories.
Selection of exercise should be in a such a way that it may or may not give benefit but should never harm.
Hope this will be helpful.
Take care.
