I was newly diagnosed as a Diabetic and the Dr told me I drink too much water on a daily basis. It comes out just fine so Im not sure why this is a problem. Thanks in advance. PS. I have a 28oz cup at work I fill up around 3-4 times a day.

Being thirsty a lot is symptom of diabetes, but it usually comes along with a lot of peeing and being very hungry even when you have eaten. It is due to starting stage of diabetes. This thirst is the result of increased loss of liquids via urine and increased urination is the consequence of the increased quantities of glucose in your blood and urine.
