Is It Possible To Find Typhoid Fever Through CT Scan?

My nephew is sufferring from some probelm related to Brain. Fluids were taken out and sent for test. After that the CT Scan reports shows typhoid fever. Is that possible that CT Scsn shows such results, beacuse when blood samples were taken nothing were detected, but after CT Scan, the doctor was telling as typhoid. Plesse let me what can be problem
