Is It Possible To Get Pregnant Having Had Intercourse Weeks Before Period?
Good morning,
I am 40 years old woman and I missed my period by 6 days now. I think that i am pregnant but I do not feel pregnant other than feeling my breast a little tender than usual. I have two kids and when i got pregnant I knew instantly I was but this time the symptoms are nothing like it. The first 2 pregnancies all the symptoms were the same. My last menstrual cycle was December 21st and I had sex on the 19th of December. Could I had become pregnant 2 days before my cycle? The person that i had intimate relations has a VERY low sperm count but under a treatment and is not able to empregnate a woman the "old" fashion way. January 1st and 5 consecutives day after that I was intimate with another man (the father of my 2 children) and now i wonder if I am pregnant after my second occassion? Please advise. Thanks

It is possible for conception to have occurred after your second instance as you had the intercourse around your fertile period. Please test for pregnancy with a HPT with a fresh early morning sample. It is not necessary that all the symptoms of very early pregnancy are felt all the time. Pregnancy cannot occur with an unprotected intercourse just two days prior to the onset of a 28-30 day cycle as fertile period or the ovulation period is two weeks prior to the onset of the next menstrual period.
