Hi!
The best time to have intercourse in order to improve chances of conception would be from days 10-18.
This is because the male sperm will survive for up to 72 hours once released. So to have a fair chance at conceiving should you ovulate on the 18th day of your cycle, you should start having intercourse from day 14.
