Is It Possible To Overdose On Vitamin B12 Supplement?
Is it possible to overdose on vitamin b12? I recently started self injecting for the last 4 days and right after my last injection I began experiencing pain and tingling, particularly in my extremities. Is there such a thing as excitotoxicity from frequent b12 shots?

Four days of vitamin B12 injection is not overdose and usually overdose toxicity is not observed with it. However, intravenous injection or infusion of B12 are sometimes associated with rashes. I advice you get the dose from medical staff and not to take by yourself.
