Is It Possible To Reverse The Myopic Curvature Of Eyes Without Surgery?
good day to all i wish to ask i am myopic with -7.5; -4.5 [L]; age 30+.this started from my school days and it progressed to this. is there any way to reverse the myopic curvature of eyes without surgery.? for reading and writing work should i use positive glasses as many articles on net show? my eyes ache a lot when i wear lens or even glasses? what should i do to reverse it? kindly assist. thank you

With your age the power will not increase further. now you have simply three option. they are specs, contact lens, refractive surgery. There is no other way treatment to decrease the power. Reversing the the power by any other means is not possible. You have to decide one option out of three i have mentioned and adopt one.

In such a case one should get refraction done every six months to know proper comfortable eye power.
Glasses should not be painful after proper vision testing.
Without laser surgery corneal curvature can not be reversed.
At this age of 30 one can opt for this refractive surgery with hope of at least 90% satisfaction.
