Is It Really Possible To Reverse Heart Disease With Diet ?

My friend told me that a vegetarian diet reverses heart disease . Is this true? Well, she just got it off the peta website... I highly doubt that it is true.

No. You can help PREVENT heart disease with a healthy diet, but you can't really undo any existing damage. Excluding meat won't necessarily mean that your diet is healthy- a vegetarian diet can be unhealthy too, particularly if one eats too much cheese etc.
