Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi dera user.
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Gaining weight and being letargic are symptoms of hypothyroidism.
My advice is to repeat the thyroid tests TSH, freeT3 and freeT4 and to consult an endocrinologist.He/she will adjust(increase) your dose accordingly to your test results and your symptoms.

Hope i have answered to your question. If you have any other question ,i will be happy to help.
Thank you for using HCM.
Wish you good health.
