Hi dear, premarital examination is not necessary normally it is done for any medical history or any problem regarding fertility and also for family planning suggestion. If you are not having any problem you need not to do premarital examination. in premarital examination routine medical check up with routing investigation are to be done also special investigation like HIV and HBsAG also done.
