Is It Safe Running And Controlled Diet After Thyroid Removed?
I recently had my thyroid removed. Have started on Synthroid 100. I eat soy and a high fiber diet, no meat. I am runner, at least 2-3 miles , five days a week. I lost 60 lbs. last year, I am worried that I ll gain weight now. Can I continue my runners lifestyle and diet? Thank you.
