Is It Safe To Carry Out Closure Of The Vsd By An OHS?

My 5 year daughter is having a 2mm cristal vsd , left to right shunt. no AR or PDA. She is of average growth , weighs 20 kgs , very active. we have got 2 different opinions. one for closure of the vsd by an OHS. another says since there is no AR not interfear now. What is your opinion ?

I have gone through your question. An Open heart surgery needs be done.

VSDs can be closed by minimally invasive procedures using devices (VSD

occluders) too. Devices are preferred over surgery now a days.
