Is It Safe To Continue Taking Duvadilan Tablets In Spite Of Severe Palpitations?

duvadilan because im experiencing premature labor. My cervix is 2cm dilated. I noticed that everytime i take duvadilan i am experiencing palpitation. I told my ob about it but still let me continue taking it. Is it safe to take the med if im experiencing palpitation?

I understand your query,
Palpitations are known side effect of Duvadilan. but usually it is a temporary symptom till body adjusts to the drug.
In case it is persistent/bothersome- it is better to consult your doctor before continuing the drug.
