Is It Safe To Continue Taking Effient Long-term After Stopping Aspirin, Given My History Of 6 Stents At 63 Years Old?
I am on effient 10 and aspirin for 15 years . I have 6 stent. I decided not to take aspirin 2 weeks ago. I am ok .please advise is it safe to take effient longer it seems my doctor is scared to stop it. I am now 63 yearly old female.stent were placed at age of 48

Do not stop Effient-10 as you are already placed with stents. Your stents might get clotted. Don't stop any medication on your own please.
