Is It Safe To Continue Taking Glimisave M2 Instead Of Glimisave M1, As Prescribed, Since I Have Been Using M2 For 6 Months Without Any Side Effects?

Dear Doctor, Warm Regards !!! Kindly let me know the difference between Glimisave M1 and Glimisave M2. Doctor has prescribed to take Glimisave M1 and by mistake I bought Glimisave M2 and using it for 6 months. I just realized that I am taking the M2 instead of M1. Please let me know if it is ok to continue with the same M2 tablets. I did not feel any side effects of using this. Kindly suggest. Thanks in Advance.
