Is It Safe To Continue The Pregnancy While Having TCG Of 25 And Urine Infection?

My wife got pregnant.. as she did not taken the pills... as we are not looking for baby now we decided to go for abortion. Her ultrasound has shown 5 week + 2 days of baby. But her medical report is showing TCG of 25 and urine infection. Pls suggest wat is the best possible way for us to go for abortion or shall we continue with the pregnancy
