Hello,

Welcome to HCM
You suffer from a chronic headache. Panex is only a pain killer and it gives you relief without correcting the cause of headache. Your doctor would have diagnosed ' masked depression' as the cause of headache and started you on the Serlift ( Sertaline) which is good for you. In masked depression you don't feel depressed and it presents with some other symptom like headache.
You should check with your doctor as to how long he/ she wants you to continue. Please do not stop medication without the doctor's consent as it may lead to relapse.
Take care
Dr Noble Zachariah
