Is It Safe To Drink Glucon D To Avoid Dehydration

Hello Sir,

Good Evening...!

I was putting on weight and belly. So i just started running and joging due to which i started releasing sweat. so to be safe from dehyderation i started taking Glucon D (orange flavour), please advice is it ok or should i go for other drink.

As you describe, you have the change in your life style, life diet habits, etc.
Avoid the calories, fats, oils, junk foods, fleshy fruits like guava, and banana.
Practice, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and house hold works like cleaning, keeping things in order etc.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep.
You can have any drinks, it makes no difference.
