is it ok to drink just a glass of wine or beer about 15 minutes after
heavy workout ??
my age is 59 - 5 feet 10 inches height - 78 kg weight and i take 500 mg tablet once a day for sugar and 4 mg of 1 tablet against high bloodpressure otherwise I am healhty
