Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Few drops of loose stools known as spotting doesn't need much of attention.
When there is no blood and mucous in the stool and not accompanied by fever does not require antibiotic.
Bifilac can be continued if you want, no problem with this.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
