Is It Safe To Give Duolin Respulses In Cold And Cough Condition With A Case Of COPD And Can It Be Administered Multiple Times?

My Mother is 49 years old and she is suffering from a very bad cold and cough and know case of COPD. Her cough at night is worse. We give her the nebulisation of Duolin Respulses. I want to know how safe is this dose and can we give her multiple times..

Duolin in inhalation form is relatively safe,and can be given multiple times but if it is combined with a steroid inhalation, that increases the efficiency of the treatment several times;COPD is one of the conditions where steroid inhalation along with Duolin in acute condition is the treatment of choice.Inhalation therapy has the advantage that it achieves excellent control with a very low dose of the drug,;she should take the help of Steam inhalation and hot saline gargles frequently and sometimes a short course of macrolide antibiotics.
