Hello,

Duloxetine is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It is given to stabilize anxiety disorders. Anxiety can also be controlled naturally by avoiding intake of anxiety inducing substances like caffeine and alcohol. Take quality sleep, eat homemade balanced diet, avoid sedentary lifestyle, stay active, do deep breathing exercises and aromatherapy.

Get connected to a Physical therapist for CBT, massage therapy, group therapy, talk therapy, etc. Do not stop any medicine without consultation with your treating doctor. Duloxetine, helps to stabilize mood disorders and also has anti-panic properties. It has to be gradually tapered and not stopped abruptly to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms. Herbalife may take a longer time to produce results, study shows that some patients have benefitted from it but some experienced adverse effects.

Be gentle with yourself. Take the help of medicines but getting well naturally gives the best result. Take healthy homemade nutritious food and switch to healthy lifestyle. As your anxiety problems start reducing naturally, your treating doctor will gradually taper the dose of your medications. Give yourself time to heal. Don't push stuff inside yourself in haste.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
