Is It Safe To Have Afrin For Ear Pain?

I have empty nose syndrome and use sinus irrigations and nasacort at home. During winter I have to work hard to keep ear pain at bay. I am planning a flight abroad in Spring. Would you recommend Afrin before takeoff and landing in addition to nasacort?

Yes you can take afrin with nasocort. Do steam inhalation and always keep chewing gum yo keep your ears safe, while flight journey. hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
